Dr. Andreas Rein & Shahin Sheidaei
Andreas is an expert in agile transitions and organisational development. His work focuses on modern management methods and the design and embedding of agile and hybrid methods in corporate cultures. After various activities in the eCommerce and start-up environment, he worked for various consulting and software companies in the areas of project, product and process management. As an accredited Flight Levels Guide, Enterprise Kanban Coach (EKC) and LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he accompanies teams and organisations in various business contexts – since 2012 almost exclusively in agile environments. In addition to computer science, business administration and international business law, Andreas studied business and communication psychology with a Master of Science (MSc.) degree and was awarded a Doctorate in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh for his research in agile leadership methods. He holds both a Master’s Certificate in Project Management and an Associate’s Certificate in Agile Practice from George Washington University, Washington, DC. Despite, or perhaps because of, his theoretical background, he places great emphasis on pragmatism and applicable solutions.
