Join us for an exploration and discussion on Kanban. We are going to have a brief conversation around and about Kanban; and then open up to a group discussion to answer any questions you might have, or any addition you might have (Lean Coffee Style). This session is meant for all levels, from exploring to mastering it.

About Craeg:
Craeg Strong is the CTO of Ariel Partners, a small IT consulting company based in Times Square. He teaches public classes in Kanban, Flight Levels, Test Automation and Human Centered Design and helps organizations transform themselves by connecting strategy with execution, handling dependencies, and improving quality. He has 25 years of experience in information technology, starting at Project Athena during his undergraduate studies at MIT. Some years ago, Mr. Strong led a successful transformation of a major Federal Criminal justice program from a traditional waterfall lifecycle and manual intensive processes to lighter weight agile processes, full DevOps automation, and cloud. More recently, Mr. Strong developed a comprehensive assessment framework for governance and oversight of large-scale Agile programs and are assisting the SSA OIG in using it to conduct audits on multiple mission-critical programs.
